The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) Edmonton chapter is hosting the international conference this year at the Marriott at the River Cree Resort and Casino. It?s the 50th anniversary event, celebrating 50 successful years and looking forward to the new trends, technologies and generations of chefs from the next 50 years.
